HOW TO WEAR PYJAMA PANTS (AND LOOK CHIC WITH IT!)

I have been accused many a times of sticking with the same ol' uniform, skinny jeans, wide leg jeans, straight jeans, carpenter jeans, jeggings....you get the general idea...very denim based! However, I have now discovered a new love, the ever trusty, ever durable pyjama pants! The reason I love them is they are so versatile and MEGA comfy, this is one trend I would definitely invest in! no need to worry about any uncomfortable chaffing or worrying that when you lean on your friends white living room wall you'll leave a blue dye patch in your wake! 

These trousers can be dressed up with a pair of your fave heels or dressed down with a pair of crisp white Converse All Stars, not only that but they are UBER stylish, oh so flattering and are bang on trend!

Don't want to go too bright or too dull, no worries! pair your slacks with a muted top for the brighter colours or a cute patterned top for the darker ones. Personally I love the patterned numbers, I never thought I was quite cool enough to pull them off but after slipping into my first pair last week there's no looking back! Yep, they're a world away from my trusted indigo denims but a change for the better I think!

HOT CELEB TREND: SUMMER LEATHER SHORTS

Whether you love 'em or hate hate 'em summer leather shorts are THE hot piece to be seen in this summer. Miranda Kerr, Eva Longoria and Whitney Port have all been seen exposing their envious pins in one of this seasons hottest trends and I for one am fully on board! If you feel wary about hiking up the hemlines on your shorts there are soooo many ordinary folk friendly alternatives on the market such as the longer city short version which are absolute saviors when it comes to the 'I want to wear leather shorts but don't have the legs for it' debate... flattering, on trend, a great transitional piece (just chuck on a pair of tights and you're good to go for summer!) and a minimum chance of chaffing what more could a gal about town want?

LONG SHORTS... WHATS NOT TO LOVE...?

We are absolutely loving the boyish long short trend this summer... and long may it continue! Unless you're blessed with Giselle like pins the long line shape and its high waist looks great styled casually or formally AND most importantly they are uber flattering. Not only does the wide shape hide a multitude of sins, they also make your legs look slimmer and the high waist creates that itsy bitsy wasp waist shape... like we said, what's not to love???

SO SOLID... CANDY COLOUR BLOCKING!

Ooooh who loves sweets and sherbet and all that other stuff? I do!! So when we decided to shoot our candy colour blocking collection I was high on sartorial E numbers!! With this collection anything goes, soooo you wanna pair a pale blue 50's skirt with a bright yellow tie blouse? Go for it girl! You wanna smoosh together a coral top with bright yellow silk shorts? Who cares??! We certainly don't! The clashier the better as far as we're concerned! But for those not down for the outlandish colour pop party why not mute the bright tone a little with some colour safe complimentary threads like a nice navy or cream top?
